HHI Windows and Doors shared details about what visitors can expect from its newly renovated showroom, which will welcome the public for a Showroom Open House on February 28, 2026, followed by a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on March 2, 2026.
Located at 32 Malphrus Rd, Unit 117, Bluffton, SC 29910, the showroom is designed to give homeowners, builders, and design professionals an experience-driven space to evaluate window and door options at full scale before making project decisions. The showroom serves as a working resource center for product exploration, design collaboration, and project planning.
Rather than a traditional display-only space, the HHI Windows and Doors showroom is designed to mirror real-world home applications—helping visitors see how different systems look, feel, and operate in person.
Guests can explore full-size window and door displays and review product configurations and material options in person, helping them better understand how each choice affects aesthetics, performance, and everyday use.
“This strategy aims to help Lowcountry residents make better decisions about remodeling, replacement, and new building projects,” said Richard Barron, owner of HHI Windows and Doors.
A key feature of the showroom is its curated selection of premium window and door products from partner brands, selected to support a range of performance and design needs in the Lowcountry. Visitors can compare operating windows, entry doors, patio doors, and specialty configurations across frame materials, glass packages, and finishes. With options displayed side by side, clients can evaluate sightlines, hardware, profiles, and color tones in context to identify solutions that match both design goals and performance requirements.
The entry and vestibule area introduces visitors to the impact of a properly designed front entry system. Featuring an oversized pivot door from Western Window Systems, a ProVia entry door, and iron sidelights, this area demonstrates how scale, material, and detailing can transform curb appeal and set the tone for the rest of the home.

Throughout the showroom, window displays are positioned to demonstrate how various products perform in everyday home settings. Interactive installations showcase a range of operating window styles, along with frame and glass configuration options.
Dedicated door display zones showcase entry and interior doors at full size, with an emphasis on both style and practicality. Visitors can compare panel layouts, glass insert designs, and hardware combinations while also learning about security, durability, and ongoing maintenance. By pairing visual inspiration with practical guidance, the showroom supports clients in selecting doors that fit both their preferences and long-term needs.
“The Lab” is another central component of the showroom experience. The Lab is anchored by a ProVia window wall featuring casement and awning systems that demonstrate how larger openings can be configured for views, airflow, and architectural emphasis. The area is being developed to support full-room and whole-home concept planning, with planned additions such as interior doors, closet systems, custom millwork, cabinetry, tile, and wallpaper. This positions The Lab as a collaborative environment where clients and professionals can explore cohesive design schemes using real products and finishes.
To support more complex projects, the showroom is designed to include a conference room for consultations and detailed planning sessions. Homeowners and trade partners can meet with the HHI Windows and Doors team to review drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules—helping ensure that selections made in the showroom translate cleanly into construction and installation.
Behind the scenes, the space is intended to support coordination among sales, project management, and installation teams.
A lounge area is also planned, giving guests a comfortable place to pause, review samples, and discuss options with family members or project partners. This hospitality-focused space supports the company’s commitment to a low-pressure, information-rich environment and gives visitors time to consider combinations of products, finishes, and configurations.
