LNC Professional has appointed Isabel Fisher, formerly Chief Operating Officer of Nail Systems International, as Global Chief Executive Officer. The Guyanese founded brand opened with 26 shades built for skin tones the professional nail category has underserved, and is now entering worldwide distribution.

-- GEORGETOWN, GUYANA, 4 October 2026 — LNC Professional today announced the appointment of Isabel Fisher as Global Chief Executive Officer. Ms Fisher was previously Chief Operating Officer of Nail Systems International, one of the longest established professional nail manufacturers in the United States.

She joins a leadership team that is already unusual in the category: three women, on three continents, who came up through the same professional system. Lexann McPhoy is Chief Executive Officer of LNC Professional (Guyana) and the brand's global Chief Brand Officer, running operations across Latin America and the Caribbean from Georgetown. Darlene Tewitz, a Purple Platinum Educator, supports training and product testing from Canada. The wider bench is drawn from the same professional history: former educators, nail technicians, distributors, resellers and executives. for more information https://www.lncpronails.com

Ms Fisher takes the role as the brand moves from a regional launch to a global one. LNC Professional (Guyana) launched in Georgetown on 7 September 2026 and entered the United States market later that month. The company is the first Guyanese led professional nail brand to launch globally.

A range built for the skin tones the category has underserved

LNC Professional opened with 26 shades, and the reason for that number is operational rather than decorative. This is described more fully at www.lacaribenanews.com/lnc-professional-guyana-launch-global-nail-brand-26-shades-2026/

In the salon, Lexann McPhoy and her technicians routinely mixed gels by hand to reach shades that matched the complexions in front of them, because the ranges available to them did not carry those tones. A technician who has to blend two or three products to match a client's skin loses time, wastes product and cannot repeat the result exactly at the next appointment. A range that carries those tones in the bottle removes all three problems.

That hand mixing is the chemistry the brand is built on, and it is why the range opens broad rather than narrow.

The newest shade in the Rubber Base range, Bare Rose, was announced this week. It is an opaque, warm, rosy pink formulated to hold its colour on deeper skin tones rather than greying out on them.

What is in the range

A seven product gel liquid system, with the exclusions printed on the bottle rather than in a brochure. Every product in the launched gel liquid range carries HEMA free and TPO free on its label, and MMA free applies across the brand. The products are formulated for up to three weeks of wear retention.

The range was developed and tested in Georgetown, which means it was worked in heat and humidity from the first day. That is the condition most of the world's nail technicians work in, and it is rarely the condition a professional range is designed for.

Beyond the product

The company treats a technician's working day as a whole rather than a single moment at the table: what goes on the nail, how the appointment is booked, whether the deposit can be collected, what the stock room says, and whether any of it works when the internet does not.

That is why it backed LNC Pro Suite, https://lncprosuite.com/ business management software for beauty and grooming professionals built for Global South conditions, which operates with or without an internet connection and lets salons keep their own preferred payment platform.
