A Louisville native and former Butler Bear, Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University Southeast. Prior to joining Dixie Law Group, she earned five awards in three years in the digital marketing industry, including two President’s Club honors. Most recently, she completed the Accelerated Leadership Program in 2024, highlighting her dedication to continued professional growth.
Ashley was drawn to Dixie Law Group by its commitment to serving both clients and the local community.
“What inspired me to join DLG was seeing how much they genuinely care—not just about the cases, but about the people behind them,” said Young. “This is the community I grew up in, and it means a lot to be part of a team that truly puts clients first.”
As a Personal Injury Consultant, Ashley serves as a key point of contact for new clients, helping guide them through the intake process with empathy and professionalism. Known around the office for her warm demeanor and team spirit, she’s already making an impact.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, and practicing hot yoga.
