The poster will focus on the observed anti-fibrotic effects in F3 and qFibrosis stage 4 MASH patients in the Phase 2b FASCINATE-2 clinical trial of fatty acid synthase (FASN) inhibitor denifanstat.

MASH is a progressive and severe liver disease which is estimated to impact more than 265 million people worldwide.
