New 245-unit luxury multifamily community marks final phase of the RiverBlue master plan.
Catalyst Capital Partners has officially commenced construction on Archer at RiverBlue, a 245-unit luxury garden-style multifamily community located in Asheville, North Carolina. Archer represents the third and final phase of the 55-acre RiverBlue master-planned residential development.
Archer at RiverBlue follows the successful delivery of Hominy at RiverBlue in 2025 and the upcoming completion of Chorus Asheville, an age-restricted residential community scheduled to deliver in early 2026. With construction now underway on Archer, RiverBlue moves toward full completion as a thoughtfully designed mixed-residential community along Hominy Creek.
The RiverBlue master plan features 25 acres of preserved greenspace, direct frontage along Hominy Creek with kayak access, multiple dog parks, pickleball courts, hiking trails, and one mile of access to the greater Asheville greenway system. The community was designed to integrate walkability, outdoor recreation, and natural preservation within a cohesive residential environment.
Archer at RiverBlue will consist of garden-style residential buildings designed to complement the surrounding landscape and pedestrian-friendly layout of the master plan. The development will offer modern residences with curated amenities aligned with the broader RiverBlue vision. Initial unit deliveries are anticipated in mid-2027.
As part of the community experience, BuiltOn Hospitality will operate an integrated cafe and bodega within Archer at RiverBlue. The concept is designed to serve as a neighborhood gathering space, offering residents convenient access to quality food and beverage options while enhancing the walkable, community-focused environment envisioned for RiverBlue.
