Enterprise Brain launches with team-level Agent Memory, plus new WRITER Meet and WRITER for Slack and Microsoft Teams, bringing shared enterprise context to every conversation, agent workflow, and customer touchpoint

WRITER, the AI agent platform for enterprise marketing and revenue teams, today unveiled Enterprise Brain, a governed, universal context layer that dynamically captures an enterprise’s brand, institutional knowledge, decision logic, and live business data and makes it usable, in real time, across every team and agent. Enterprise Brain launches with Agent Memory β€” WRITER’s new team-level memory layer β€” and an expanded brand and compliance layer that encodes and automatically applies company standards. To capture and surface context in the live conversations where work happens, today WRITER also launched WRITER Meet across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, and WRITER for Slack and Microsoft Teams.

"Every enterprise on earth can buy the same frontier AI from the labs, but generic intelligence creates generic companies, undifferentiated customer journeys, and frustrated marketing and revenue teams," said May Habib, co-founder and CEO of WRITER. "Competitive advantage comes from everything you can’t buy off the shelf – the details only you know about your customers, the hard-won judgment that shapes how work gets done, how you win, how you differentiate, your core brand beliefs. With Enterprise Brain, agents and teams get the shared, real-time institutional intelligence and deep customer insights to deliver more revenue impact from every customer touchpoint.”

Marketing and revenue teams shape the customer journey together, but they rarely share what they know. According to Gartner, 90% of marketing and sales executives report their functional priorities conflict with one another1. Many of today’s AI tools make this worse: point solutions automate single tasks while general-purpose AI chatbots isolate each team member, instead of helping teams work from the same understanding. When companies add AI agents to marketing workflows without shared context, the work gets less consistent, less trustworthy, and more generic.

Enterprise Brain brings enterprise marketing and revenue teams together as a single function to support one continuous, agentic customer journey that’s personalized, on-brand, and grounded in deep business insight. The system gets smarter with every conversation, decision, campaign and deal, so a company running on WRITER gets harder and harder to copy.

WRITER Enterprise Brain: the universal context layer for enterprise work

Enterprise Brain is the next chapter in the platform Fortune 500 leaders like Clorox, Labcorp, Qualcomm, and Vanguard already rely on. It sits beneath every agent, workflow, and output on the WRITER platform, capturing go-to-market context and mapping the relationships between accounts, opportunities, audiences, products, campaigns, content, and customer conversations. Rather than tying that context to an individual user or session, Enterprise Brain carries it across agents, workflows and team interactions and keeps it current as work happens.

β€œIn the agentic era, the CMO now has to think like an architect,” said Don McGuire, EVP and Chief Marketing Officer, Qualcomm Incorporated. β€œWe have to think about how we build a unified customer journey and make sure everything we’ve spent years building – our brand, our understanding of our customers, the way our teams work – doesn’t live in separate, vertical silos. That context has to cross-pollinate across marketing and sales and across every agent working on our behalf. That’s the beauty of a platform like WRITER that thinks about context at every single layer and across every touchpoint.”

Most AI memory systems today serve individual users and rely on a flat markdown file that the model rereads each session and that humans must manually maintain. That works for a personal assistant, but it breaks down the moment context needs to be shared across a team, governed by an enterprise, and dynamically updated to reflect the latest business changes. WRITER Agent Memory works across entire teams, capturing the decisions, ideas, and preferences from sessions and conversations as they happen to create a transparent, traceable, team-level memory layer. WRITER Agent can draw on that shared memory for every task, increasing the quality, accuracy, and brand alignment of output across an organization.

Enterprise Brain also gives enterprises greater control over how they define and encode their company standards into agents. Building on WRITER’s longstanding Voice feature that governs brand tone and style, Enterprise Brain captures messaging, core content assets, visual identity, colors and logos, sub-brands, and sub-voices and makes them usable by agents across the customer journey. Enterprise Brain also captures an organization’s compliance rules and legal guardrails, specific to its industry and region, and embeds them directly into every output.

"At Labcorp, we are focused on using AI to turn decades of expertise into a strategic advantage that can be applied consistently across the enterprise," said Amy Summy, Chief Marketing Officer of Labcorp. "That’s where the next wave of value creation will come from."

WRITER Brings Agentic AI Into the Conversations Where Enterprise Context is Created

Enterprise Brain captures context from across the customer journey and the systems where marketing and revenue teams work every day, like Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe Experience Manager, Gong, Contentful and more. Today, WRITER is also extending that reach into the chat conversations and virtual meetings where day-to-day work happens.

With WRITER for Slack and Microsoft Teams, users can activate WRITER Agent directly inside their workspaces, like a teammate. Users can message WRITER Agent one-on-one or tag it within a channel to ask a question or kick off a workflow. WRITER joins the conversation with organizational context, and returns answers and deliverables to the channel. The entire team can see, respond and build on the work, instead of restarting in separate sessions.

WRITER Meet brings WRITER Agent directly into virtual meetings across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. It transcribes conversations, generates summaries, captures decisions and action items, and answers questions about what was said, both during and after the call. With Meet, meetings are no longer static records that live in someone’s folder, but context for agentic action.

β€œMost AI products are still fundamentally single-player,” said Matan-Paul Shetrit, VP of Product at WRITER. β€œContext gets trapped in one person’s session, memory doesn’t carry across interfaces and skills have to be configured over and over again. That doesn’t cut it in the enterprise, where work is collaborative and every decision builds on what came before. Enterprise Brain is one architectural layer that makes a company’s context available to every person and agent, everywhere work happens. It’s the foundation of true multi-player AI.”
