The WNBA’s Minnesota Lynx and GEICO announced a partnership naming GEICO the team’s Official Jersey Patch Partner and the Official Home & Auto Insurance Partner.

“The Minnesota Lynx have built one of the most passionate fan communities in sports, and that’s exactly the kind of partnership we’re looking for at GEICO,” said Arianna Orpello, GEICO’s Chief Marketing Officer. “This is about more than putting our logo on a jersey. It's about showing up for fans, investing in communities and helping grow the game alongside a franchise that has helped shape the WNBA for decades.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome GEICO to our Minnesota Lynx family,” said Carley Knox, Lynx President of Business Operations. “GEICO shares our commitment to growing women’s sports and recognizes the meaningful impact it has throughout our community. This partnership will be rooted in authentic connections with our fans. We’re excited to bring the partnership to life during our 2026 playoff run and build on that momentum in seasons ahead.”

GEICO's role extends beyond the jersey. The company will serve as Presenting Partner of the 2026 Lynx Playoffs. Beginning in 2027, GEICO branding will expand across Target Center on game days – including the court and concourse – as well as the team's social and digital channels, with additional community activations and fan engagement throughout the season.

The partnership reflects GEICO’s continued investment in women's sports and its commitment to creating deeper connections with fans through storytelling, community engagement and support for the growth of the game.
