Randolph to lead financial operations as Fidium continues expanding fiber network to reach 2 million passes by 2027
Fidium today announced Dennis (“Denny”) L. Randolph, Jr., has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Randolph succeeds Fred Graffam, who departed recently. In this role, Randolph will lead financial operations across the Company, including accounting, financial strategy, planning and analysis, tax, and investor relations.
Prior to joining Fidium, Randolph was the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Treasurer of TNS. There, he led global finance and operational teams, helped shape corporate strategy, and completed more than 25 acquisitions and divestitures. With deep capital markets experience, he has led multiple debt transactions, security offerings, dividend recapitalizations, and leveraged buyouts.

Earlier in his career, Randolph was with EY and Arthur Andersen LLP in the telecom and technology audit practice and a certified public accountant. He currently serves on the board of NextGen Clearing and the nonprofit Our Military Kids.
