SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / October 28, 2026 / ACR Poker is introducing The Moneymaker Minute, a new weekly newsletter led by ACR Poker Pro Chris Moneymaker. Launching Wednesday, October 28, the publication will highlight notable poker results, player stories, upcoming tournaments, Moneymaker's weekly selections and occasional giveaways.

The newsletter is intended to give players a regular look at both the people and events shaping the ACR Poker community. It will be distributed automatically to account holders every Wednesday, with no separate newsletter registration required. An ACR Poker account is necessary to receive it.

The inaugural issue draws from recent tournament action, including the champions of ACR Poker's Dual Venom PKOs. It also features Brazilian player Gabriel "kingqueensuited" Tavares, who captured two consecutive Sunday Banana titles in October for more than $204,000 in combined first-place winnings.

Upcoming events are a second focus. The debut previews the conclusion of the $650,000 guaranteed Halloween Mystery PKO series, along with The Quattro, which offers $75,000 in combined weekly guarantees, and the $1 million guaranteed Moneymaker Mystery PKO.

A regular segment, "Don't Punt This - My Pick of the Week," gives Moneymaker a place to identify an opportunity that interests him. Its first installment focuses on Bahamas satellites, where players can pursue qualification routes toward $30,000 WSOP Paradise packages.

To mark the launch, eligible newsletter recipients will receive a $1 On-Demand tournament ticket. It can be used at the player's convenience as a potential starting point on a Bahamas qualifying path, and expires Monday, November 2. Eligibility requirements and applicable terms apply.

Moneymaker qualified for the 2003 World Series of Poker Main Event through an online satellite before defeating Sammy Farha heads-up to win $2.5 million. His victory helped inspire the online poker boom and became known as the "Moneymaker Effect." He joined the Poker Hall of Fame in 2019.

The first edition also directs readers to ACR Poker's Telegram channel for community updates, stories and giveaways. Future newsletters may include additional special opportunities as well as weekly coverage.
