SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / October 27, 2026 / Two Brazilian players placed in the top five of the Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) Venom Progressive Knockout (PKO) at Americas Cardroom on October 21, while a third Brazilian earned a six-figure return at the No-Limit Hold'em (NLH) final table. Together, the two events carried $6.5 million in guarantees.

José Orlando finished fourth in the PLO Venom PKO for approximately $82,743, including about $67,526 in regular prize money and $15,217 in bounties. Yuri Martins Dzivielevski took fifth for roughly $72,633, comprising approximately $48,927 in regular prize money and $23,706 in bounties.

Orlando, known online as "Blessed33" and "Orlandinho," began the seven-handed PLO final table fourth in chips with 35,541,239. His play included a river decision against "Juantman" on a king-jack-three-king-seven board. Holding queen-ten-seven-seven, Orlando folded a full house to a pot-sized raise; his opponent held king-queen-jack-ten for a higher full house.

Dzivielevski, a six-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner competing as "vousconfus," returned second in chips with 41,246,058, approximately 129 big blinds. He stayed near the leaders during five-handed play before a blind-on-blind confrontation ended his run in fifth. Orlando was eliminated by eventual champion "tigerseyes," while Dzivielevski fell after flopping two pair against a set of queens.

In the NLH Venom PKO, Victor Pedote ("meteli goli") finished seventh and collected approximately $104,088 with bounties. His $65,318.64 regular payout came in a $2,650 buy-in event that drew 2,143 entries and built a $5,357,500 prize pool. Pedote started the nine-handed final table seventh in chips.

The October results followed a shared April PLO Mystery Bounty Venom final table for Orlando and Dzivielevski. Orlando finished third for $205,380 and Dzivielevski sixth for $96,282, including bounties. October used a different knockout format, with half of each eliminated player's bounty paid immediately and the balance added to the eliminator's bounty.

Additional series information appears on the Venom page; the ACR FT Replayer provides completed final-table hands.
