Parallel touts new medical cannabis laws with mobile dispensary

The Texas Legislature expanded the state's medical cannabis program this year to include those with PTSD and all forms of cancer. Cannabis company Parallel is rolling out a dispensary on wheels to help get the word out — and position itself for further relaxing of marijuana laws.
