He is a high-energy, results-orientated leader with a track record for building companies, developing sales cultures, driving growth, and hiring and retaining top talent.
His previous experience includes leading the growth of Reputation Institute from a 20-year-old consulting company to a product-based offering, resulting in 100% growth in 2.5 years. He was a key leader for Forrester Research's growth from a startup to a successful IPO, and an eventual billion-dollar market cap. Also, Southwick led the Aberdeen Group as the turnaround COO, which resulted in 20M of growth in 30 months that resulted in a successful acquisition by Harte Hanks.
