This three-phase unit carries a rating of 75 kVA and has a primary voltage of 480V Delta. This unit features a secondary voltage of 600Y/347V Wye-N and cores made of non-aging, cold-rolled silicon steel laminations.
The MT-HAL-3P-480D-75KVA-600Y.347-N3R-CU explosion proof isolation transformer is rated for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D; and Class I, Zone 2, Group IIC hazardous locations. This unit features a primary voltage of 480V Delta and a secondary voltage of 600Y/347V Wye-N. Indoor and outdoor use is made possible because of the standard NEMA Type 3R enclosure that can be floor mounted. This unit features 180˚C insulation with a 115˚ temperature rise.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof isolation transformer is rated IP24 and utilizes precision cut copper transformer winding material to help improve performance. Close tolerances used during manufacturing help eliminate burrs that can hinder performance. Each core is coated to prevent moisture and is electrically balanced to minimize axial forces during short circuit events.
Operators are protected against electrical shock and power from the device is isolated for added protection. Suitable applications include general use in hazardous locations.
