With the BIB program, existing TELUS customers would be able to upgrade to the latest eligible high tier smartphones at a lower upfront cost.
However, Dan LHeureux from Telus/Cambridge Electronics Incorporated, has clarified that the Bring-It-Back enrollment is only available for eligible devices, such as the iPhone XR 64GB, iPhone XR 128GB, iPhone XR 256GB, iPhone Xs 64GB, iPhone Xs 256GB, iPhone Xs 512GB, iPhone Xs Max 64GB, iPhone Xs Max 64GB, iPhone Xs Max 256GB, iPhone Xs Max 512GB, and Samsung Galaxy Note9.
Also, the BIB program is only available for customers who subscribe to an in-market Premium or Premium+ or Platinum plans for consumer accounts and two-year Small Business plans (excluding three-year Corporate, Business and CIL plans) for business accounts with select eligible smartphones.
