Key findings from the survey include:

  • 62% of working professionals save four hours or more per week using Otter.ai in their meetings, 12% save over 10 hours, and a combined 97% save at least one hour.
  • Professionals are using the time savings to:
    • Get more work done outside of meetings (82%)
    • Spend more time with family and friends, hobbies, and relaxing (40%)
    • Conduct additional meetings (31%)
  • 68% of professionals credit Otter’s AI-generated meeting summaries, action items, and follow-up emails as the biggest time-saving feature.
