Specifically, 62% of working professionals reclaim four or more hours per week - over one month a year of time savings using Otter’s AI Meeting Assistant.

Key findings from the survey include:

62% of working professionals save four hours or more per week using Otter.ai in their meetings, 12% save over 10 hours, and a combined 97% save at least one hour.
Professionals are using the time savings to:
- Get more work done outside of meetings (82%)
- Spend more time with family and friends, hobbies, and relaxing (40%)
- Conduct additional meetings (31%)
68% of professionals credit Otter’s AI-generated meeting summaries, action items, and follow-up emails as the biggest time-saving feature.
