Development height limit set for future deck plazas under I-35 'cap and stitch' plan

The city’s plan to "cap and stitch" the highway, often called the Our Future 35 program, could include amenities like greenspace and parkland, art installations and small buildings. In this report, we look at what could be built on top of Austin's new I-35.
