Jacko Law Group, PC Announces Miles Edwards as Partner

SAN DIEGO - June 22, 2023 - PRLog -- Jacko Law Group, PC welcomes to the firm, leading Private Funds Attorney Miles J. Edwards. Mr. Edwards joins the firm as a partner and will head the Private Funds practice. He brings to the firm over 30 years of diversified legal experience in the financial sector including in international private fund regulatory regimes.

Highly active in industry organizations, Mr. Edwards has served on the 'Education and Best Practices' Subcommittee of the New York Hedge Fund. He previously served on the Advisory Board of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). He is one of the founding members of the Trans-Atlantic Financial Forum, and the co-founder of the New York Family Office Private Funds Roundtable, an organization dedicated to bringing together professionals involved in the New York and international family office and private funds space.

Edwards is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, the New Jersey State and New Jersey Federal District Bars, and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.
