Intel is optimistic about its second-half prospects, but Wall Street isn’t

Intel Corp. is making some analysts on Wall Street a little nervous in that the chip maker's optimism is unwavering in the face of headwinds in the broader semiconductor market and is banking on a strong second half of 2022.
