Michael G. McGrath, Accenture’s international chairman, has retired from Accenture effective August 31, 2007, the company announced. Mr. McGrath, 61, spent a 34-year career with the Accenture, serving in multiple leadership positions, including as Accenture’s chief financial officer from July 2004 to October 2006 and also from 1997 to 2001.
