On Wednesday, June 17, 2009, beginning at approximately 2:15 p.m. eastern time, Umpqua Holdings Corporation Chief Financial Officer Ron Farnsworth is scheduled to give a presentation of Umpqua's business strategies and financial performance at the Fox-Pitt Kelton Small & Mid-Cap Bank and Insurance Conference, Roosevelt Hotel, New York City. On June 16, 2009, Umpqua Holdings Corporation announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable on July 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2009.
