On November 14, 2005, Cytogen Corporation announced revisions to its
previously announced financial results for the third quarter and nine months
ended September 30, 2005. The full text of the November 14, 2005 press release
issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K.
