On November 13, 2007, Alltel Corporation issued a press release announcing the pricing terms of the previously announced cash tender offers and consent solicitations by its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Alltel Communications, Inc. and Alltel Ohio Limited Partnership for their outstanding debt securities.
