Item 8.01                      Other Events.

On February 8, 2010, Kaman Aerospace Corporation, a subsidiary of Kaman Corporation, issued a joint announcement with Lockheed Martin Corporation, indicating that the unmanned K-MAX has successfully been demonstrated to the U.S. Marine Corps as a capability to resupply troops by unmanned helicopter at forward operating bases in Afghanistan.  A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
