Appointment of President and Chief Operating Officer
On January 23, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of The New Home Company Inc. (the “Company”) approved the appointment of Leonard Miller, the Company’s current Chief Operating Officer, as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Miller, 55, has served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in March 2017. For additional biographical information regarding Mr. Miller, please refer to the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 5, 2018.
