(1) | On June 1, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Registrant issued the Reporting Person options to purchase 11,494 shares of common stock pursuant to the Registrant's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan in accordance with the Registrant's Amended and Restated Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy at an exercise price of $0.87 per share. The option shall vest in full on the six month anniversary of the grant date (June 1, 2016), provided that the Reporting Person is still a member of the Registrant's Board of Directors. |
