(2) | The ending balance of shares owned includes 123 additional Brandywine Realty Trust common shares acquired through a broker-administered dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) with terms similar to the Brandywine Realty Trust Dividend Reinvestment Plan. 87.8690 shares were acquired on January 21, 2009 at a transaction price of $5.60 per share and 35.1955 shares were acquired on April 20, 2009 at a transaction price of $4.91 per share.
