DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT AND BOARD COMPOSITION

On March 16, 2015, Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Abid Ali Neemuchwala as the Group President and Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1, 2015.
