On June 9, 2010, Wells Timberland REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a definitive Proxy Statement (the “Proxy Statement”) for the 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the Company to be held on August 9, 2010 (the “Annual Meeting”).
