Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated May 6, 2009 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated May 6, 2009, the Company reported that acquired a nominal value of U$S 6,635,000 Series No. 2 Notes due 2012 of Alto Palermo S.A. (Argentine Peso-Linked Note).

Furthermore, on the same letter, the Company also reported that on April 22, 2009 and May 5, 2009, acquired a nominal value of US$ 4,755,000 and U$S 4,000,000, respectively of Alto Palermo S.A. 7.875% Series No.1 Notes due 2017 Fixed Rate, originally issued for a nominal value of US$ 120,000,000.
