Successful meeting in London between Harmony and Norilsk

 

At a meeting between Gold Field’s two largest shareholders in London, Harmony and Norilsk, Norilsk confirmed that it will continue to honour the terms of the irrevocable undertaking given by it in favour of Harmony. They also agreed that it was premature to extend the date of the irrevocable undertaking now and will discuss the matter closer to the time.
