Item 5.02. Departure of Certain Officers.
Effective January 1, 2016, the appointment of Frank Luppino as Anika Therapeutics, Inc.’s Chief Operating Officer has ended, as planned. Moving forward, Mr. Luppino will continue to serve as a consultant to Anika Therapeutics, Inc. on an as-needed basis.
