Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 22, 2008, Introgen Therapeutics, Inc. (“Introgen”) presented the results of additional statistical analyses of the data from the pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial of ADVEXIN in patients with recurrent, refractory head and neck cancer. Introgen presented these data at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Centennial Conference on Translational Cancer Medicine 2008: Cancer Clinical Trials and Personalized Medicine.  A copy of the press release announcing these results is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
