Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.

 
Hurco Companies, Inc. expects to release financial results and related information for the fiscal quarter ending January 31, 2010, on the same date that it files its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for that quarter with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). In addition, the company intends that going forward it will release quarterly and annual financial results and related information concurrently with the filing of its periodic reports with the SEC.
