Flushing Financial Corporation, the parent holding company for Flushing Savings Bank, FSB, announced on August 17, 2010 that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.13 per common share, payable on September 30, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 9, 2010.
