Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 6, 2017, the Board of Directors (the Board) of Huntsman Corporation (the Company) approved transaction bonuses to Sean Douglas, the Companys Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; J. Kimo Esplin, the Companys Executive Vice President, Strategy and Investment; and David Stryker, the Companys Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, each in the amount of $400,000 in recognition of each officers significant contributions to the Company in connection with the separation of its Pigments and Additives business from the other businesses of the Company and transactions with respect to the related initial public offering of Venator Materials PLC. These bonuses will be paid as soon as administratively feasible.
