(e)           On March 16, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors recommended and the Board of Directors approved a cash bonus of $150,000 for Carlton H. Baab, President and Chief Executive Officer, for fiscal year 2007 on the basis of the Company’s performance and the Compensation Committee’s and Board of Directors’ subjective evaluation of individual performance.
