Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
At a meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (the “Company”) on January 17, 2007, the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share payable on February 9, 2007 to shareholders of record as of January 26, 2007.
On January 18, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing such dividend payment, a copy of which is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
