TD Bank Announces Redemption of Subordinated Debentures
Toronto, March 8, 2005 The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) announced today that it is calling all of its outstanding $750 Million 6.60% Subordinated Debentures due April 14, 2010 for redemption on April 14, 2005 (the "Redemption Date") at a redemption price of 100 percent of the principal amount upon presentation and surrender of the Debentures to Computershare Trust Company of Canada, 100 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2Y1. Interest on the Debentures will cease to accrue from and after the Redemption Date.
