November 9, 2006, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the
"Company"), issued a press release reporting preliminary financial results
for
the fiscal year ending August 31, 2006. A copy of the press release hereto
is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein
by

same date, the company’s CEO presented financial results for the fiscal year
ending August 31, 2006 at Earnings Conference Call. A copy of the Power Point
