Minnesota Supreme Court reverses rejection on PolyMet mine, orders more review

The Minnesota Supreme Court on Wednesday awarded a legal win to Polymet Mining, the company hoping to build the state's first copper mine, by overturning a lower court's rejection of three permits. But it also told a lower court to determine whether the company tried to mislead regulators.
