Purely Canada has completed the installation of the aerating and drying equipment required and has completed the construction of a new dedicated facility to house the cleaning and blending of the Identity Preserved grains that are prepared and sold to Purely Canada's global customers.

On October 8, 2020, Purely Canada announced its merger with Above Food Inc. ("Above Food").
