THE CHARITY CFO RELOCATES TO NEW, VIBRANT ST. LOUIS HEADQUARTERS AT DELMAR DIVINE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ST. LOUIS, MO, September 14, 2020 – The Charity CFO, a boutique nonprofit accounting firm, announced its future relocation to the high-impact real estate initiative better known as The Delmar DivINe, located at 5535 Delmar Boulevard in St. Louis, MO, effective Summer 2021.

Founded to offer niche-specific accounting, nonprofit bookkeeping, and thought leadership skills, The Charity CFO consists of a team of nonprofit certified public accountants (CPA) and accounting professionals who work alongside nonprofit organizations located throughout the United States. The Charity CFO is currently located at 4625 Lindell Boulevard in St. Louis, MO and plans to move its headquarters to Delmar DivINe in Summer 2021.

The transition to operate within the new building will likely triple the size of The Charity CFO, from 10 employees to 30, says The Charity CFO Founder & CEO Tosha Anderson. Additionally, this professional team of knowledgeable accountants will be able to better serve the needs of nonprofit organizations with the St. Louis area and nationwide.

“The Charity CFO was one of the few for-profit organizations invited to be part of this community of nonprofit tenants, which is a great honor for us. It means a lot to exclusively serve nonprofits,” said Tosha. “We are not only committed to help reflect the diversity of St. Louis as a whole, but to serve as a catalyst for community development by guiding nonprofits as we help them overcome their accounting challenges.”

The 500,000-square-foot building, named to counter the racial and income classification that comes with the “Delmar Divide” title, is a $100 million project that will be home to offices, a cafe, apartments, and the nonprofit collaborative.  Formerly St. Luke’s Hospital, the building is currently under renovation and is expected to be open to the public next fall.

“This is a significant step forward for the city of St. Louis, and we look forward to continuing our mission of assisting nonprofits as part of this vibrant, social venture innovation.,” said Anderson. “Our team of CPAs and bookkeepers are excited to collaborate and work under the same roof as like-minded organizations that also want to help improve our communities. We are excited to be part of this transformative endeavor.”
