Attorney William Bailey joins the BK Law Group, bringing his vast legal resume trying Minnesota and North Dakota criminal cases.

BLOOMINGTON, MN, August 31, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The BK Law Group welcomes attorney William Bailey to head its criminal defense team. Bailey will handle a wide variety of cases, ranging from DWIs, traffic violations, assault, theft and drug charges. His work will focus on cases at the trial court level.

Bailey has experience defending various degrees of Minnesota cases, including misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors, and felonies. He has practiced in Minnesota for three years since returning to his home state from North Dakota. Bailey is licensed in the Minnesota State Courts, the Federal District of North Dakota, and Immigration Courts nationwide.

He attended the University of North Dakota where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice Studies before obtaining his Juris Doctor. Bailey not only learned about the nuance of the law through school, but while enrolled he also worked for a renowned criminal law firm. During this time, he had the opportunity to work on cases in both the trial court and appeals level, including cases that went before the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Bailey will use his unique understanding of the Minnesota legal system to fight for his clients. He was born and raised in Rosemont and is proud to serve the greater Twin Cities community.
