Volcanic provides update on proposed Guatemala property transaction

June 30, 2020 - TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia - Volcanic Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV:VG) ("Volcanic" or the "Company") reports on the status of its previously announced Option Agreement with Radius Gold Inc. (TSXV:RDU) to earn a 60% interest in the Holly and Banderas Properties located in Eastern Guatemala (see news release of June 1, 2020).

The Company has received conditional approval of the transaction from the TSXV Venture Exchange, and is in the process of completing the Exchange's final filing requirements. The Company has filed a title opinion on the licences comprising the Properties, and is preparing a NI 43-101 geological report on the Properties. Pursuant to the terms of the Option Agreement, the Company is in the process of raising the required minimum of $3.0 million by way of a private placement financing.
