You can definitely save your self some money by building your own website from scratch. But even those come with a cost.

For example, my website is based off of WordPress which is completely free to use.

However, I still have overhead expenses such the following:

• AWeber as my email marketing service provider.
• Domain name with annual renewal fee.
• Plugins and Themes to support my website (some requires monthly payment).
• and more.

So once you’ve added everything up. ClickFunnels might still cost more, but it’s certainly not that expensive considering what you get.
