Dental insurer Solstice introduces teledentistry coverage to help members access a dentist during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Teledentistry services are now available to all Solstice dental members at no additional cost.
As the pandemic has forced most dental offices to close temporarily, patients can now conveniently and safely consult with a dentist via video chat through participating providers within Solstice’s expansive national provider network.
Solstice members call a designated teledentistry hotline (1-877-724-9922) and will be contacted by a provider via video chat for dental services including exams, check-ups, and X-rays. Members can ask questions and seek medication prescriptions as needed.
