In a move to make its customers more efficient, GoFleet, a Geotab partner, is now offering Drivewyze PreClear and its industry-leading weigh station bypass service through the GoFleet ELD platform.

With the Drivewyze PreClear weigh station bypass service, GoFleet customers receive bypass opportunities at more than 800 locations, in 47 states and provinces. Since no transponders are required, activation of Drivewyze can be done in minutes through the GoFleet platform. Once ‘turned on,’ Drivewyze transmits safety scores, registration and IFTA tax compliance information to the weigh station, which then calculates the information against the bypass criteria established by its state. If the carrier and vehicle pass the criteria, at one mile out, the driver receives permission to bypass the site. The better the fleet’s safety score, the more bypasses typically granted.
In addition to time-saving bypasses, GoFleet customers subscribing to Drivewyze PreClear will have access to Drivewyze Safety Notifications, which provide trucks with high-rollover, low-bridge, and mountain safety alerts, as well as notice of open rest areas in participating states.
