A Fellow of the American College of Neuropsychiatrists, he is a member of the Arizona Society of Addiction Medicine, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Osteopathic Association. He is also a past secretary of the Arizona Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry & the Arizona Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Aided by his expertise, he is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high-quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists.
