Longtime retail fixture leaders Retail Space Solutions (RSS) and superior site furnishings partner Commercial Zone Products (CZ) – both subsidiaries of Marmon Holdings, a division of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. – are combining operations under the legal entity of Retail Space Solutions, LLC. The combined business will remain part of Chicago-based Marmon, and CZ and RSS will continue to be represented as separate brands in the marketplace.

The merger is effective March 1, 2020 and no changes to ownership, staff, phone numbers, or physical or remittance addresses are expected.
