Owner Khaled Abbas announced they will be providing builders cleaning services to home owners and builders in the residential marketSK Renovation & Builders Cleaning, a long established construction cleaning company in Sydney has announced has announced that it is expanding it’s service offering to cater to the residential building market and working directly for smaller builders and home owners.
This will be their first time they venture into this territory as they have only been working directly for building companies such as Clarendon Homes and Fairmont Homes.
Khaled Abbas, owner of SK Renovation & Builders Cleaning says “We are excited to be able to make our professional after builders cleaning services more accessible to the public. We’ve been cleaning since 1985 for larger building companies and for the first time, we will be able to provide absolute best construction cleaning solution directly to home owners”.
Long time customer Tom Logue from Fairmont Homes says “we’ve been using SK Renovation & Builders Cleaning for a very long time, their reliability is something that is hard to find in the industry so that is why we keep using them and I am confident that home owners will be pleased with the quality of their builders cleaning services”. This will mean they will be in direct competition with well known builders cleaning services in Sydney such as Simpo Cleaning (owned by Blayze Sales Co - Darius Milocevic)
In addition to targeting home owners, the company has done a campaign to reach builders across Sydney in an effort to increase awareness about their services. They have already won a number of jobs including one with Clifford Constructions for the Mcdonalds in Sydney International Airport project. Andrew Adam who was the project manager said this about the service – “Jaima Khaled and his team did a great job with the builders cleaning and the client was very happy with the result so we’ll definitely be using SK Renovation & Builders Cleaning again”.
The company will continue providing construction cleaning services to larger building companies and recently completed a job for CPB Contractors at the Chatswood Metro Station which was part of the Sydney Metro Project.
